The new training standards for Joint Health and Safety Certification will be in effect on March 1, 2016 for all Ontario Companies with 20 or more employees

But do you know why you should act now?

Under the current standard, Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) certification does not expire!

Under the new standard, a 1-day refresher training will be required every 3 years to maintain certification.

Any member who earns their certification prior to March 1, 2016 will not require re-certification and will be considered certified for life.
