As summer is kicking into full gear and the temperatures are on the rise the team at Gambit wanted to put together a cool promotion to help beat the summer heat.
With that, the President and owner of Gambit, Bill Kaine has put together a set of three professional development courses that he would like to extend to our preferred customers. These courses will be a three part series and will start in September. The reason we have opted to start promoting these courses to you early is because Bill has decided, as a thank you for your ongoing commitment to Health & Safety and for being a loyal customer of Gambit, he is going to be offering these classes free of charge.
Bill has over 30 years of health and safety experience and has had the opportunity to work with and alongside hundreds of different industrial establishments during this time. As a Consultant, Safety Coordinator, Health and Safety Manager, OHSMS 18001 Lead Auditor and Owner of a successful Health and Safety business, Bill has gained valuable expertise in all aspects of the Health and Safety field. These sessions will be filled with detailed and highly useful information to help keep both your personnel and establishments health and safety requirements up to date and current.
The first course in the series will be Health Safety the Law & Due Diligence. Followed by Hazard Recognition Assessment and Control in October and Accident & Incident Investigation in November.
These courses do have limited seating and the roster will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Please note that due to the limited seating for these courses we can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people per company.
The date for this course will be September 20, 2018 starting at 8am and will run for up to 4 hours. This course will also require the use of the 2018 OH&S Act and regulation. If you require to purchase this book from Gambit the cost per book will be $28 plus HST.
If you would like to take part in the first of three classes please don’t delay and contact the office today to reserve your spot. 519-763-7369
